In the morning of March 8, the Union Hospital 2022 International Women’s Day cultural activity “Reading · Happiness” was held as scheduled.
Union Hospital “2020-2021 Female Work Star” Awarding Ceremony
On the occasion of the 112th International Women’s Day, Prof. Zhang Yu, Chair of the Hospital Committee, brought flowers and warm wishes to all female staff. He said that female staff play an important role in promoting high-quality development of the hospital, and their hard work shines through in the clinical front line of saving lives and curing diseases, as well as in the critical juncture of regular epidemic prevention and control.
In order to commend advanced individuals, set good examples, and motive all female staff to exert their talents, 47 outstanding female staff representatives were selected as “2020-2021 Female Work Star”, and this honorary title were presented to them on the awarding ceremony as part of the festival activity.
On that day, hospital leaders led teams to visit each campus and express greetings and thanks to female staff for their outstanding work, to bring the warm festival atmosphere to female staff at work and send the love from the Union family.
“Reading for You” Launching Ceremony
On International Women’s Day this year, Union Hospital elaborately built an online communication platform “Reading for You” to bring an exclusive cultural communication platform to Union Hospital staff as well as to inherit the culture and classics.
In addition to spreading an atmosphere for reading, “Reading for You” also creates a cultural atmosphere for all staff. At the “Reading for You” platform, each Union Hospital staff will have a new identity as reader to share readings, encouragement, classics and thoughts with others.
